I was about to try it as sleep has always been an issue for me too:-( I made 23 CDs ,maybe you know my music and FYI Gene Shalit interviewed me on the Today Show and tried to pick me up by writing me letters from his home in the Berkshires…don’t think I could deal with the moustache:-) Hope Lunesta worked!
